🐾 Deleting your data

On-device data (walks, dogs, history, settings)

1. Press and hold the PetSignal icon on your Home Screen.
2. Tap Remove App → Delete App.

Every walk, dog profile and photo stored locally is destroyed with the app. If you created an optional PetSignal account, delete that separately using the steps below.

PetSignal account and online data

1. Open PetSignal and choose Pack → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes the online account and its associated server data. You do not need to email support to complete deletion.

Community reports you posted

Legacy hazard, lost & found and place reports may be stored without an identity attached and expire automatically (lost & found after 14 days; hazards up to 30 days depending on type; community places persist until removed).

To remove one sooner, email aiethereals@gmail.com with the report’s rough location and description and we will delete it within 7 days.

Park posts and media

The Park feed is currently local-only, so deleting the app removes its posts, replies and media. Before public community sync is enabled, the app and this page will provide account deletion and individual post deletion backed by the server.

Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
